Late night beach walk.

On the way to walk, Still have sun shine, It's around 7pm.
散歩始めはまだ明るい。夜のちょうど夜の7時頃。

On the way back from walk. 
It's after sunset, nearly 9 pm, at Sumers beach. 
We just kept walking and walking, then swimming and swimming!
We see dolphins swimming above the water. 
Fisherman comes for fishing during this time of the day.  
Such a lovely walk.
散歩の帰り。すっかり日が沈んでしまっています。
ちょうど夜の9時過ぎくらいです。 一体何キロ歩いたんでしょう！
おまけに随分泳いで来たので2時間もかかりました。
夕焼けの海は釣り人でにぎわいます。
海を見ているとイルカがピョンピョン跳ねて泳いで行きます。

2014 First Trial

今年一番始めのミニトライアル（午前中だけ）が日曜にありました。
あの初めのバーは凄く残念だけど
ニア君凄くいい走り！息もピッタリ合った感もあったし　いい走り出し！とします♥
とりあえず　今年はスタートラインステイの徹底再トレーニングをしないとですね。。

The first trial at 2014 was on last sunday. It was mini- trial, so only morning. 
Niah was really great at Open Jumping. I felt we were really connected all the way from the start to the end. so- I am very happy with this run, even that first bar dropped! Yes. I will re-train Start line stay this year!

colour variation.. which one do you like?

1枚目が今週末に作ったウイングジャンプの写真です。
デザインして図面を引いたのは私ですが、それからの
ディーンさん仕事が本当に速い！あっというまに
2セット出来ました。　色が直ぐにきまらなかったのでPhotoshopで
シュミレーションしてみました！　
気に入った色がありますか？個人的にはマスタードカラーと白のフレームが一番気にいっていますl 
茶色と黄色もいいね。
水色のトンネルのカラーとお揃いのスカイブルーも捨てがたい。
でもこの上のチャートで見ると水色はグレーに見えるようで、グレーと白のフレームだと見えにくいはず。
黄色はどんな黄色でも淡い黄色にみえるようですね。
白と黒はしっかり見えている様なので　黄色と白、もしくは黄色と黒も良いかも！ 
私が好きなグリーンとオレンジはアウトですね。。犬には見えにくいグレーになってしまう様。
でも黄緑なら黄色に見えるからオーケー！　やっぱり黄緑（マスタードカラー）と白かな。
な、悩む。。。
1st picture is our creation from the weekend! 
Dean did excellent work to make those jumps out of recycled timber. 
So here are test photoshop colour for wing jump's paint colour.
I really likes yellow green (mustard colour) and white frame (no. 4 from the top)
That matches well with our equipment colours, and personally I am 
yellow fan!  Dark brown also has good contrast to mustard yellow.. 
Regard to above chart, Green and Orange are cute, but OUT! 
Dog's will only see it as gray, so even painted frame in Black or White, it will be contrast with B+W..
I really love sky blue(teal colour) but this is also looks right blueish-gray. 
it's not going to have good contrast with white. 
Most likely Yellow+White or Blue+White could be good option for them to see it well and colour that I like. 
Hmm.. Can't decide!

Grand mother and Grand son

初めてニアの実家のブルームーンボーダーコリーのホームページを見たとき
ニアのお婆ちゃんのグレースに一目惚れで、数年後にニアを飼う事が出来たのですが、
グレースはやっぱりいつ見ても奇麗な犬。。そして孫のニアは本当にグレースに似ています。
身体はお父さんのチップの体型ですが、この2匹を足して割ったのがニア君かな　：）

I felt in love with Grace when I first time visit Niah's Kennel, Bluemoon Border collies website. 
She is truly beautiful dog, and it's so easy to forget how Niah look so much alike 
Grandmother Grace. Niah has Daddy Chip's structure, but every photo of Grace reminds me Niah :)

Forced Front Cross!

OMD (One Mind Dogs)のセミナーが4月にあるので少しでもヨーロピアンハンドリングの動きをセミナーまでに練習しようと思ってOMDのビデオをみながら少しずつ練習しています。
今練習してるのはFFC(Forced Front Cross)　
まだまだ動きがぎこちないのですが、多分徐々に慣れてくると思います。

 I will be attending One Mind Dogs Seminar in Sydney this year. 
I am very excited about this seminar! I have watched OMD's handling video and now studying 
one movement each to learn the basic before the seminar. 
Janita gave me some comment to my training video at FaceBook Australian OMD Group page.
Pretty happy!. Now I should start using this :) 
I will make new wing jumps in this weekend too!

44℃〜〜

外は44℃！全豪オープンテニスの試合のニュースなどで見た方もいると思いますが、

メルボルンは40℃以上の日がなんと3日も続いています。土曜には23℃の予報がでていますが、この暑さではなんにもできません。。

あちこちで自然発火も続いていて山火事も心配される中、ある区域では発電所の故障で

この猛暑のなか停電まで続いているそう。うちは電気が来てます！よかったー

昨日は6時頃から1時間以上かけて車を走らせ、下の写真のビーチへ行ってきました。

遠いけど、海は奇麗だし、犬と一緒に私達も泳げるんです：）

市内と比べると海沿いは10℃以上も気温が下がるし夜の海は完璧でした。

海に沈む真っ赤な夕焼けと 満月の夜の海の散歩は本当に最高！

家に帰り着いたのは夜の10時過ぎでしたが、行って良かった。

今晩も行ってきます

Some might know that Melbourne is having a heat weave by the news from Australian Open Tennis, but its 44 ℃ out side! It has been 3 days since we have over 40 degrees days. Cool change is finally coming on Saturday.  Few more days.. but we can't do anything except sitting home..  There are quite many fire started here and there in Australia. Also electricity is stopped ! How lucky that our air conditioner is still running, and we have power! 

We drove over 1.15min to the beach after work yesterday and did beautiful swim with dogs.  

I didn't bring camera, but these photos are where we were recently! 

It's maybe more than 10 degrees cooler than Melbourne, Night walk and swim was just wonderful.  

We could see beautiful sunset and full moon! 

Yes, we are off to the beach again tonight!

ニアの甥っ子なんですよ。一緒にシルビアのランニングコンタクトのクラスで
トレーニングした中！この子は速い速い。。 Stigの子達のスピードは凄い＠＠

We are back in beach to run!

週末は琴のリバヒリも兼ねて、海の中を歩かせるため
ビーチのそばのキャンプ場へ車で3時間半走って行ってきました。
途中で寄り道しながら、コーストラインを観光したり、別のビーチを散歩したりして
夕方に目的地のキャンプ場へ到着。
キャンプ場は3年連続で来ている　ビクトリアの中で一番気に入っている所なんです。
海は奇麗だし、ドッグフレンドリーだし、キャンプサイトは凄くいい感じだし
トイレも凄く清潔、水道水もあって本当に便利！
今までキャンプに行く際はうちの　フォレスター、荷物でパンパンで結構積み降ろしに
時間が掛かっていたのですが、今回クリスマスにディーン父から
ルーフラックを貰ったのでテントや椅子やテーブルなどのキャンプ用品はすべて
ルーフラックに積んでみたら、わおー！これはいい。
思いっきりすっきり。沢山スペースが出来ました：）
本当に積み降ろしも楽になったし、車のなかはホコリと砂だらけにならないし、これは便利！

Normally, our car is just enough to take all camping gear, 
Dog crates in back of Forester, but We've got roof lack! 
(Dean's father is not using it anymore, so we've got giving away, very lucky)
Most of the camping staff can store on roof, that means no sandy-dusty
camp staff in the car!
It's so much better and we had much space in the car this time!
Pretty cool huh?

夏の間は殆どビーチのそばでキャンプをします。
それはもちろんビーチの散歩や泳ぎも目的なのですが、山や森の中は毒蛇が沢山いるし、暑い日は得に活発に動いているので蛇の心配のないビーチが一番。
オーストラリアの毒蛇、ブラウンスネークやタイガースネークは世界の毒蛇の中で最も毒が強いらしいのです！私も何度も見かけた事があります。
犬が咬まれたらあっという間に亡くなってしまうし、犬を亡くしたという話も
本当に良く耳にします。 これは本当に気をつけないといけない事なのです。
We camp near the beach most of the time in Summer, 
because there are too many poisoness snakes in the mountain/forest. 
Some of the Australian snakes has the most strong poison in the world!
Dogs can die very quickly so we must to be very careful..

Koto's Rehab report

金曜の夜は琴のリハビリでした。
レーザー鍼治療とリハビリのエクササイズ、ウォータートレッドミルを始めてから約1ヶ月、
琴もニアも足、背中を中心にかなり筋肉が付いて来ています。（得に琴）
ボールやディスクのエクササイズは素晴らしい！
体重も2キロ弱落ちていて、ニア君が15.4kg　琴が14.4kgでした 。
ニアはもう少し筋肉を付けないとダメですが、琴は足の回復はとてもいい調子。
マルコム先生に見てもらっているのですが、”柔軟度が本当に良くなっている”
言っていました。ただ問題の前足はやはりカートリッジの上下の骨の位置がすこしずれていたのでこれは　
マッサージして治してもらいました。
でも回復のリハビリ中になんども骨がずれたりするのは自然な事だそうで、ずれたら治していかないといけないので、来週もまた見てもらう事になりました。　でもマルコムが言うには　この調子だとまたアジリティ出来るでしょう！
とかなりはっきり前向きに言ってくれました　：）
嬉しい〜！！　今回　ウォータートレッドミルは、3分間のかなり速いトロットも
含まれた7分間、琴は頑張りました！初めの週はパニクっていたのに
もう全く恐くなくなったみたい！やっぱりボールとご飯さえあればハッピーな子なんですよ！マルコムの事も随分信用しだして、彼にマッサージしてもらっているときは
随分リラックス出来る様になりました！
写真はレーザー治療中の琴。レーザーを見ない様に犬用のゴーグルを着用します。
これが可愛い♥

We were visited Malcolm on Friday.  We have been seeing him for one month for Koto's rehabilitation exercises.  Since we start exercise, Koto and Niah both lost nearly 2kg and muscle has been building up perfectly! Niah still needs bit more muscle on his back & feet but Malcolm was really amazed how flexible is koto's legs are now and huge muscle build up exactly where he wanted:) 
Actually her bone was keep slipping out the position so it has been restricting range of movement, but he fix it. He said its normal to slipping out like this for awhile so we still needs to see him again next week but he was very positive that koto can go back to agility:) woohoo!!! me and dean had a big high 5 we were super happy !! She did nearly trotting water treadmill for 7min! She really enjoying rehab now and starting to trust Malcolm。

Banana coming!

毎日バナナの成長が楽しみなこの頃です：）
花びら一枚に付き一房のバナナができるんですねー知らなかった！
このバナナはレディーフィンガーというとっても甘くて普通のバナナの半分くらいの
長さの小さいタイプです。とにかく自家製バナナシェークが早く飲みたい♥
We are enjoying looking at banana flower has started to produce fruits.
This is suger finger banana, small and very sweet one! Can't wait to drink home made banana shake!!

なんだろう、なんだか安心するような落ち着ける様な、温かい日本ならではの
フォントですよね
大好きです：）

I really love these Japanese font that we often see in the down town/suberb shops :) Here is a website you can play around.  It's called Noramoji (stray fonts) It's so familier and make me sentimental, just looking at these form and curved font! Love it!

Grampions camping -Rocklands Reservor

年末のキャンプのビデオをまとめました！
いつも色々な動物に会えますが、
今回は得にこんなに近くでエミューに会えて本当に嬉しかった！
このエミュー達はHoles Gapという街の近くに居たので人間慣れしているようですが、
山やブッシュの中でも座ってる子や走ってる子など見かけました。
とっても優雅で奇麗な鳥！
琴とニアは相変わらず大大大興奮。
Made quick video of the end of the year camping.  We normally see some interesting animals during camping but it was so lucky to see this many emus at once. Most likely these Emus that we saw at the Holes Gap were pretty used to being close to human but I also seen some emu in the bush or mountain. 
It was great to meet gorgeous big bird.  Koto and Niah were also so happy to see them!

年越しはCityのマンション20階に住む友人の家で花火を見ました！

Cityの中は　あちらこちらの高層ビルの上から花火があがり

メルボルンの街はにぎやかでした。

こんな人ごみ久しぶりでした〜！街へ出るトラムも満員。

東京を思い出したくらいでした
