I'm sorry for late update but both Koto and Niah are doing well...
except... Koto!
She injured her hind toe one day after we came back from NZ.
We were extremely disappointed after all the conditioning exercises we have been doing.. she was coming back so nicely.
One of her toe nail was ripped off from her bone..caught on the edge of carpet and she moved too quickly.. We took x-ray at Malcolm's and he said it is very common injury, all we can do is just let her rest, give anti-inflammentary, it will stick together with some time..
And yes, she is good now and doesn't looks its hurting at all.
We are back in jogging/ running again after 10 days of rest.. but her toe is still looking weird. :(
Poor Koto.. and she is broken AGAIN..
いつもの様にご無沙汰してますがニアと琴は元気です。。
元気なのですが、、、ニュージーランドから帰って来た翌日でした。母が日本へ帰る前日に琴がまた怪我をしたのです。
原因はフローリングの上に敷いたラグカーペットの端に後ろ足の爪が引っかかってしまい、そのまま動いたせいで
爪と肉球が骨から外れた状態になってしまったのです。犬が滑らない様にと思って敷いているラグですが、、こんな怪我の原因になってしまうなんて。
相変わらず不運続きの私達と琴ちゃん。。。
翌日母を空港へ送り届ける前に かかりつけの獣医のマルコム先生の所まで行ってレントゲンを撮ったのですが、こういったケースは大変多いそうです。
治療法は自然に骨にくっつくのを待つしかないらしく薬を飲ませて安静にしてください！とのことでした。
あれから10日程安静にして、散歩もジョギングも、そして今夜はアジリティのトレーニングにも行ってきました。全く痛みは無いみたいですが、まだ爪と肉球が骨に固定されてないみたいにぐいっと上がってしまっています。 本当にこれが元にもどるのか心配。
でも本人は全く痛みは感じないようで普通にしています。
でも私の内心は。。。琴がぁ壊れて行く〜。。。
Another thing that broke during last couple of weeks was my dearest camera lens...
Its so inconvinient.. I can't take much photo with my bigger lens thats still okay.
but I can't take any video with big lens at the backyard for online-classes submission.
Really frustrating with bad quality photos!
そしてもうひとつ壊れた物があります、それは大切なカメラのレンズ
10−30mmのレンズが壊れたのでまだ30−110mmの望遠は使えるのですが、
この望遠では庭でのトレーニングが全く撮影出来ないのです。
このレンズ壊れたの2回目で、一度買い替えたのにまた壊れるなんて。。
オンラインクラスに投稿するビデオも取れない状態なのでiphone、iPadで撮影しているので酷い画像。。
There were 10 dogs pass this course, and it was great to be 1st, with more than 2 second time different to 2nd place dog, competed with many Border Collies and Australian Shepard and kelpies :) So happy !
yes, I need to keep doing what make me happy!

2週間前のトライアルでニア君がExcellent Agility(AG2)で1席をゲット！
10頭がクリーンランしたうちボーダーが5匹、オーシーやケルピーも含めての10頭中の1席だったので 嬉しかった♥
しかもランニングコンタクトでかなりタイムを縮小、2席の犬と2秒差以上ありました！
大満足 ：）
こういう不運続きのときはなにか本気で楽しめる事をおもいっきりやる。。
これにつきますね！
