Australian style White Christmas!!??

先日は蒸し暑く真夏のクリスマス、外でパートナーの家族や友人とBBQを楽しんでいたのですが、

突然サンダーストームがやってきました。写真（新聞からのコピーです）の通り、今年もテニスボールサイズの

ひょうが降り、町中大被害！！オーストラリア初めてのホワイトクリスマスとなりました：S

雷も酷い状態で午後から夜中まで永遠と鳴り続ける。。琴ニアはいつものように震え上がり硬直、緊張！
まだサンダーシャツを持っていないので、昨日もTシャツラッピングでしのぎました。

見た目はかっこわるいのですが、私の小さめのTシャツを着せ、胸元とお腹をぴったり巻き上げて背中で余った生地をクリップでとめるだけです。これでこの写真の様に随分落ち着いてくれます。

クリスマスなのに犬達は酷く恐い想いをした一日でした。お陰でメルボルンはただいま大洪水（浸水）中です。 

ちなみにランチはパートナーのシーフードのコース、私はデザートを作りました。

（アーモンドブラウニーとピスタチオのアイス）大変なクリスマスでしたが楽しかったですよ♫

Hot and humid summer Christmas turned to Very roud and scary thunder storm with BIG hail.

Koto especially scared of thunder and she has been having the most scariest and hardest summer ever.

Niah is feeling scary too.  they are both getting worth.. hmm

I haven't got thunder shirts for dogs yet, but this T-shirts wrapping technique (wrapping tight with clip) works very well. They are just wearing my small T-Shirts then I wrap tightly around chest and stomach, hold with clip in the back, so they can not reach. 

it works the same effect as thunder shirts, they feel more relaxed and actually are able to felt sleep during the thunder if they wears these T-shirts on.

Besides storm, we had a very nice lunch with family and friend.  above pics are my partner's seafood special :) and my almond meal brownie and pistachio ice cream!
