Almond Meal

Branswickにて素晴らしい香辛料の店を発見した。その名もRoyal Nuts Company! 中東のナッツやドライフルーツやスパイスなどが中心に売られている。今回購入探していたのはアーモンドミール、アーモンドを細かく刷り潰してパウダー状にしたもの。以前友達の教えてもらったレシピですが、小麦粉の代わりにこのアーモンドミールを使ってチョコレートブラウニーを週末に作ります！その他にもスモークパプリカやレモンペッパー、ブラウンライスなど色々衝動買いしてしまった！料理が楽しくなりそうでモチベーションアップ♪

We found a excellent shop called Nuts Company in Brunswick, Most of the stuffs are from middle Eastern spices and nuts, but finely grounded. I have been looking for a good quality Almond meal to make chocolate brownie for the weekend desert! We also got Smoked paprika, lemon pepper and Wild Brown rice! they are all great! I can't wait to cock brownie!
