今週末はエクステンションジャンプとcik/capを混ぜた練習をしています。
私のコマンドを出すタイミングが遅い、ポジションに間に合わない。。腕のあげ方、姿勢、、
ビデオで何度も見ると本当に勉強になります。。練習しなければ。。

今回シルビアから教わった大切な要点：

シーケンスの練習をする際は　必ず全体を4分の1〜5分の1くらいに分け、

まずは1−2、1−4、1−6、1−8というよう少しずつ障害やジャンプを増やしていく事。

途中で犬にしっかり休憩をとらせるのと、上手く出来た時は思いっきり遊んであげる事も絶対に忘れない事。　

4−5回目のトライでやっと全部のシーケンスを走る事になります。

まずは犬なしで一人で走って、完全にシーケンスを覚えてから犬と一緒にトライする事。　

Niah君、初日のカーブのトンネルの時はたらたらへらへら走っていたのですが、

翌日トンネルを真っ直ぐにしたらやる気2倍！

勢いをつけてアクセル踏むようになったので、これから一時直線で練習します！

琴は既にエクステンションジャンプを知っているので、どうしても勢い余ってタイトターン が広がってしまいます。

なので今週はディーンと細かいパートを中心に練習しました。琴のビデオはまた後日！

今日は2匹とも本当に楽しかったみたい♩　今はベッドでぐっすりお昼ね；）

This weekend, we did practice "extension jumps with cik/cap".
My command is too late, and posture, my arms... I have many things to practice with him!!

The very important point for the sequence lessons are:

*Always running in parts of sequence, starting with a small part and then adding more&more obstacles, 

little parts of sequence several times, but the whole sequence is only once or twice.

*After every try, PLAY!! and give a dog a break

*Always run sequence without the dog and only I remember well and know it, then try with dog~!!

Very important!! 

and yes, we had a great fun!  

It is so clear to see dog making mistake or progress if the sequence is separated in short parts!  

Niah's tunnel motivation increased so much when I put tunnel in straight line on second day!
I am very proud of him:)  specially I can see that he is very excited about running with me!
Koto knew extension jump already so it has been hard to combine with cik/cap turn, 
her turn gets wider after the extension. I will upload her video soon. 
They both had a great time today! they are both already sleeping tight!

we got a house!

燃えるような夕日と巨大な虹が毎日のように続いているこの頃です。

そして引っ越しする事が決定しました！

環境が変わる事は本当に’大きな変化で少し恐い気もします。

ただ広いだけで木も少なくあまりチャーミングではない庭ですが、

野菜のガーデニングやアジリティトレーニングできます：）これから

素敵な家にして行くため頑張ります〜♪

I have been seeing the golden sunset and huge double rainbows almost everyday.

and, yes, we have got a house with huge backyard too..wow.  

Change is good but a little bit scary! but we can grow vegetable and 
do agility training everyday. pretty amazing:) 
Look up the bright side! We can make the house nice and cozy :)

世界恐慌がまた起りそう。。世界はなんとも緊迫した雰囲気の今夜です。

そんな中ふとニュースをみてて見つけたこの映像。。

Silas Boogk & Caja

先週末行なわれたEO！ビデオ毎晩の様に楽しんでいますが、ミディアムで優勝したSilas Boogk & Caja!!　裸足で2回も滑って転んでも優勝！凄いです。

靴履いていれば滑らなかったのだろうけど、犬とのチームワークが素晴らしい！
完全一体化してますね〜！やはり西洋人は裸足=一番速く走れるという人が多いですね。 
本当だとつくづく思いました！

huge backyard!!

I went to house inspection today, and we really liked the house!

But it is located on 10km away from the city of Melbourne.

it has been hard to find the house we like, Most of the rental houses are
very expensive(over priced) and poorly maintained old houses

Our current art-deco apartment,(10min from the city) is very cheap, spacious and

is super convenient place to be, and close to everywhere in Melbourne.

so we have been stuck here for 8 years~!　but change is also good!
The house we saw today was 2nd house from the corner on above picture!

Yes, there is a HUGE back yard, spacious and clean house with sunny sun room 
where you can sit and look out back yard and trees.
Plenty space for dogs to run and agility training, vegetable patch, very close to park, 
tennis court, river side walk path.  hmm, sounds good. we might apply for this:)

今日貸家の内見に行ってきました。
メルボルンから10キロ程離れた街ですがバスもトラムもあるので学校までは不便無く通えそう。
メルボでの物件探しは本当に大変です。第一良質な家が無い上に家賃が東京並みに高いので　
なかなか家が見つからず、8年まえから家賃がほぼ変わっていない今の家は
本当に便利で心地が良いので抜け出せずにいたのですが。。
でもこの庭と家の広さ、一軒家というプライバシー。やっぱり羨ましいです。。
この上の写真では角の家から2件目の家です。庭が家の倍の広さです♩
それに庭が見渡せるサンルーム付き！
悩む所ですが、申し込んでみようかと検討中です。

weave training day 1

ニアとスラノームの練習始めました。琴とはスーザンの2x2メソッドで教えているので
この6本セットのポールから教えるのは初めてです。ポールはとりあえずパイプを切って作りました。
初日はこのポールの前後にフードボールを置いてポールの間を走ったらクリック、オヤツをボールに居れる、
ニアが食べている間に私は次のボールへ走る、間を走ったらクリック、オヤツ、最終的には私が隣で走らなくても自分でボールからボールへと走るようになる事。。初日は結構楽しく簡単に覚えてくれました。
でも　旅行から帰って来てひとつ問題が。琴が遊んでいる声を聞こえると　凄ーく高いサルの様な声で泣きわめく様になってしまいました。
琴との練習中はクレートにいれて静かできたらクリックオヤツもしたのですがこちらは長期戦となりそうです。
パピーの時以来やってないクレートゲーム、、又教えなければ。相変わらず課題が一杯です。
ニアは優しくて社交性、忍耐力は凄くいいのですが、不器用で本当にデリケートな子です。
アジはやるけど、、はっきり言ってむいてないんです！（笑、、だって未だにボールもフリスビーもキャッチできないんですよーー。本当にボーダーか？！ でも私も走るの遅いし覚えるの遅いから丁度いいか。。ね♩

cik/cap progress 2

I finally went to good long walk with dogs today! It has been cold/raining a lot in Melbourne and School is also getting busy every day!  But I am having fun with training as a daily exercise! it is really good for me!

here is another video of our cik/cap practice with Niah and Koto.  

Koto needs to practice turns..She is a little too fast, but today she was so much better!
And, I have few mistakes on my video, the entry of tunnel 3,  so cap before is not making tight turn and not making sense!  but we had a fun at first try :)

学校も日に日に忙しくなって来てなかなかのんびり散歩が出来る時間が取れないのですが、 今日は久しぶりにいい天気だったので、1時間ゆっくり散歩をしました。それから少しトレーニングの続きもしてきました。前回の練習で琴ちゃんはスピードがつくとタイトターンが出来なかったので（もちろんハンドラーにも問題があったのですが）ここ2−3日はまたターンだけ練習してきました。相変わらずやる気旺盛♩だいぶ良くなってきました。ディーンの作業着練習。。笑ってください！（仕事帰りでした）ニアもターンは凄くいいのですが、トンネルに関してはまだ楽しさを知らないようです。。私もいくつかコマンド間違っています。それからトンネルのエントリー3も間違っています（笑）初めてだったので次はしっかり出来る様にします。

Cik/cap(tight turn) has been great fun to practice!

I did practice cik/cap sequence with Camila and Grace on Saturday

The last 2 session, I put a very short loop on his collar to practice restrain and he seems much more comfortable and getting used to being restrained.
I still need more excitement to make him run with me.
(I think I am a little late to tell cik/cap command to him as well..)

He runs very very fast when he chase Koto, but it is pretty difficult to make him excited to run with me. (slow starter!)  I can not run like Koto, so forget it Niah!! 
The last video showing comparison of 3 dogs from our practice on Saturday.  Koto is faster than 2 times bigger Grace, but she missed Cap on 5, so they finished in same time. wow.  very important to have tight turn to earn time!  

寒くて雨の多いこのごろですが、Cik/capの練習、毎日泥だらけになりながら頑張っています。土曜はカミラちゃんと一緒にシークエンスの練習を一緒にしました。ニアはカラーを掴まれるのが苦手でカラーを持つと必ずよそ見していたのですが、短いロープをカラーに付けてみたら余り嫌がらず、少し集中力が上がりました。でも彼とのこれからの一番の課題は”私と一緒に走る事に興奮させる事”。。彼は琴を追いかける時は素晴らしいスピードなのですが、それ以外は、、ゆっくりな子なんです。私も琴くらい速く走らないとダメですかね。。(無理ですよ、ニアさん）最近の私の口癖は”ニア、ボーっとしないよ、ボーッと。”　一生懸命色々考えてる様なのですが。。（笑　考えるタイプのハーディングドッグです！と言っておきます。　ビデオではバーの高さを少しづつあげています。 
最後のビデオは琴とグレースとニアの3匹の練習を比べてみました。琴は体高が倍程のグレースよりもスピードは断然早いのですが、琴が5でCapをミスしたのでかなりのタイムロス。。タイトターンの大切さが良く解ります。

Standing still here

When I come back from Japan, I always became homesick and realise how much I love Japan! (which is a good reminder for me!)

I am very sad about my beautiful country and Japanese are in a pain and having a difficult situation but I am not helping anything for it.  

日本へ帰国した後は必ずホームシックになります。(母国の素晴らしさを再確認出来るのでとても良い事です）
やはり日本は本当に美しいし、心から永遠に愛する国です。
今回は日本の厳しい現状や日本人の痛みを目の当たりにしたのに、何も出来なかったので尚更でした。。

Unfortunitly, My picture won't tell you much about how beautiful it was and the vast scale of the land scape in Mt. Aso, Kyushu. Always beautiful!! 

残念ながら私の写真ではどれだけ美しい風景だったのか、どれだけ広大な場所なのかが伝わりませんが、阿蘇山はやっぱり何時行っても本当に美しい ！

Back in Training!  We are far behind from our online AF classes with Silvia, but we did 1st homework and it is so much fun:)

we are very happy about Koto's tightness and speed :P

First lessons are; Cik/Cap, Tunnel send with front cross and Shoulder pull, independent weave pole!

トレーニングタイム！休暇中にシルビアとのオンライン アジリティファンデーションクラスが始まっていたのですが、すっかり遅れています。。でも週末の3日間を使って練習しましたよ。
1回につきの練習は5回程、練習はいつも短く、とにかく楽しんでいる間に終了する事が大切です！
1回目のレッスンはcik/cap,Tunnel send(フロントクロスとショルダープル）それからインディペンデントスラノーム（6本のポールの間をくぐり抜ける練習です。）
まだ半分のレッスンしか出来ていません。コメント頂けたら嬉しいです♩

1st day in Japan; Oike, -Oita-

1st day in Japan, we stayed in Kujyu Kogen in Oita. 

We did short walk near spring water fall!  Deep green forest with powerful trees! 
So lucky to be finally back home!

帰国初日は大分の久住に家族と滞在しました、その帰りに新緑の男池を散歩しました。

Puppy school graduation

Yes, Niah is no longer puppy student!

He suddenly became a teenager boy, when we came back home. many new behavior, and stills tons of things to teach him. But for now, he graduate puppy class(3rd puppy school graduation!well done Niah)

帰宅すると突然大きくなっていたニア、もうパピーでは無く立派な青年となっていましたよ

お陰で新しい問題行動、教えなくてはいけない事が山積みです。

I am finally back in foggy and cold Melbourne city. 

Our honeymoon trip was just perfect!  It was only 3 days of relaxing on the beach, 
but it was more than enough! Because Every moment we spend in Thailand was just perfectly sweet!!

無事に寒く霧の深いメルボルンへ帰宅しました。

ハネムーンは本当に楽しかったです。たったの3日しかビーチで過ごせなかったのですが、

タイで過ごした全ての時間が本当に充実して楽しかったので3日間で十分満喫満足でした！
